Among them, new energy vehicles have undergone three complete product iterations for magnetic electronic components. The rear stage DC/DC converter of the vehicle charger uses the CLLC resonant converter as the main circuit topology. By customizing the size of the transformer's magnetic core, the transformer leakage inductance is successfully used to replace the resonant inductance of the converter. At present, this plan has been mature and applied to OBC platform projects such as Great Wall EC24, Xiaopeng E28A, and GAC A02, with an estimated annual consumption of 300000 sets and an annual output value of 150 million.
